PEGylated Mechano Growth Factor / PEG-IGF-1Ec

muscularEmergingPEGylated IGF-1 splice variant

PEGylated form of Mechano Growth Factor (IGF-1Ec), a splice variant of IGF-1 expressed in response to mechanical stimulation. PEGylation extends half-life from minutes to ~48-72 hours. Promotes satellite cell activation and muscle repair. WADA banned.

Mechanism of Action

IGF-1Ec (MGF) is produced locally in muscle in response to mechanical stress. Binds IGF-1R → activates satellite cells (muscle stem cells) → proliferation and differentiation. PEGylation prevents rapid degradation → sustained local and systemic effect. Promotes myoblast proliferation (unlike IGF-1 LR3 which promotes differentiation).

Dosing Protocol

200-400μg IM into target muscle group, 2-3x/week. Post-workout or post-injury. Cycle 4-6 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
