Mechanism of Action

Mimics N-terminal of SNAP-25, competing with SNARE complex formation. Inhibits vesicle fusion and neurotransmitter release at motor endplates. Reduces muscle contraction intensity. Decreases expression of MMPs that degrade collagen. Promotes fibroblast proliferation.

Dosing Protocol

Topical: 5-10% concentration in serum/cream twice daily.
